Here at Sunfly Karaoke "Sunfly", we aim to treat our customers exactly how we would like to be treated. We pride ourselves on a high level of customer service and make our website and content delivery fast, easy and reliable. We solve problems with a relaxed and understanding approach, always with your best interests in mind. You should note that your statutory rights under the current consumer protection laws are not affected.

Any changes we make to this policy in the future will be posted on this page and when appropriate, notified to you by email. However, we advise you to check this page regularly to keep up to date with changes. 

What information do we collect?
The information we collect when you place an order will be stored in our database and used only to carry out your instructions and action your payment. For more information about how your payment details are stored, see 'payment' below. We will contact you by phone, email or post in relation to your order and account, and may sometimes email you with details of any important news or special offers only if you have opted into our newsletter mailing list. Customer details including but not limited to name, address, contact email and phone number are stored in-house within our website CMS database and accounts software.

If there is information you would like to access or wish to withdraw your consent of this personal data, please contact us using the contact details set out in the “Contact us” section below. Please provide as much information as you can about and we will be happy to let you know which information we hold on you. You have the right to access or withdraw data at any time.  

You will only be added to our mailing list when opting-in if you would like to opt out at any time you can do this in the following ways:

What information do we share with others?
There are no circumstances under which this information might be sold to a third party for marketing or commercial purposes. Our website is not intended for use by children under 14, and we will not knowingly collect any information from any person under the age of 14.

Payment
We accept payment by both PayPal and debit/credit cards payments which are secured and processed with Global Payments, one of the UK and Ireland's leading online payment providers. Both third-party payment providers store full debit/credit and/or login information which we do not store ourselves or have full access to view. If you would like to make a payment over the phone, please call us on +44 (0) 208 450 5544 or email [email protected] and we can arrange this for you, in this circumstance, we will not save any card details unless requested.
